Delivery time

The delivery time to the Netherlands is 5 to 7 working days.

Transport and delivery Information

When your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive the track and trace code for the package in your confirmation email. The tracking link will become visible after the first scan, which happens within 48 hours after you receive the shipping confirmation.

Orders are delivered with Postnl and DHL. You can track your shipment to your front door. Click here and see where your package is currently located.

1. The package will initially be delivered to your door where the package is originally to be delivered.

2. If the delivery attempt at your door fails, the package will be delivered to your neighbors who have to sign for it and you will receive a note in your letterbox so that you know that your neighbors have accepted the package.

3. If the delivery attempt at your neighbors also fails, the package will be delivered to the nearest post office. You will receive a note in your letterbox that lets you know where you can pick up your package.

4. You have 14 days to pick up the package, after which the package will be returned to Bisous Amsterdam.
